-Obsession about Baking?-

Varlhona.

The new word to me that opens up an entire new world of possibilities. It has really made me re-think what chocolat is.

Finally made a visit to bake-it-yourself store with ming today. Spent over 1 hour there partly due to the reason that I didn't give precise directions to ming causing her to walk a long way to get there!

Bought a madeleine tray (yesh! It is one of the items on my wishlist), muffin cups and best of all, Varlhona's white chocolat.

Also discovered today that Shermay's Cooking School also stocks Varlhona. Now I have 2 locations to get my supply. Yiippeeeeee!

Spent almost the whole night rambling on about baking to a poor friend who's not into baking but who is kind enough to listen.

Est demain le jour! Je cuirai les muffins blancs de chocolat!
(Tomrrow is the day! I am going to bake white chocolate muffins!)
